Yes, we do ship all over the world. We will normally choose the best way to ship considering cost and time. We use the USPS - United States Post Office- or FedEx or Ups International.

Do all Limoges Boxes come in a Gift Box?
Yes, all the Limoges Boxes we sell come in a gift box. Inside the gift box, the Limoges box is wrapped delicately in tissue paper and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Do we Gift Wrap Items?
Yes, all items can be gift wrapped for a small additional charge. We will also be pleased to include a gift card with your message.
Returning and Item for Exchange or Credit
We will accept an item back within 30 days of purchase for return or credit when receive in good new condition. Please keep the original packaging material and box and try to return it in the same way it was packed. Exchanges or Returns should be sent to:

In the case of returns, a credit will be issued to the original purchase credit card. Gift orders cannot be refunded to the gift recipient. The gift recipient will get a store credit for the item returned or will have the choice to ask for a refund to the original card used in that purchase - gift giver credit card-. Store credits can be used in future orders and have no expiration date.
Shipping charges, express or regular are not refundable unless the item arrived broken.
